4. Subject to Review of Estate and Complexity
All estate planning services under this promotion are subject to review of the client’s circumstances. If a client’s estate involves complexity beyond the firm’s standard package (including but not limited to blended families, business interests, multi-jurisdictional assets, advanced tax planning, or customized trust provisions), additional fees may apply and will be discussed prior to engagement.
5. No Guarantee of Specific Legal or Tax Outcomes
While estate planning is designed to provide clarity and protection, the firm does not guarantee specific tax results, probate avoidance in all circumstances, asset protection outcomes, or acceptance of documents by third parties. Results depend on applicable law, proper funding of trusts, asset titling, and future changes in law.
6. Client Responsibility for Trust Funding and Implementation
A revocable living trust is effective only if properly funded. Clients are responsible for completing recommended asset transfers, updating beneficiary designations, and coordinating with financial institutions as advised. Failure to implement funding recommendations may result in assets being subject to probate or unintended outcomes.
