Exciting Updates from Yim & Yempuku Law Office

Dear Clients and Friends,

We hope this quick note finds you and your loved ones well. We’re excited to share a few important updates and upcoming events that reflect the continued growth of our team and mission.

Updates and upcoming events:

Our firm has officially transitioned from The Law Offices of Stephen B. Yim to Yim & Yempuku Law Office, as Monica Yempuku became a partner in 2024. Monica has been with the firm for over 20 years and has been serving clients as an attorney since 2020. While our name and look have changed, our commitment to providing thoughtful, high-quality estate planning remains the same. If you see “Yim & Yempuku Law,” please know—it’s still us.

As life changes, don’t forget to schedule a review of your estate plan every 2–3 years to keep things up to date. We’re here to help with that whenever you’re ready.

Heartfelt Legacy Foundation:

We also want to share the work we’re doing through the Heartfelt Legacy Foundation, founded by Stephen, and co-trusteed by Stephen, Monica, and Christina Leos. Led by Executive Director Britta Lau, the Foundation is where Stephen and Monica dedicate time to supporting families and professionals through special needs planning and advanced care planning—something we believe every family should consider during the estate planning process.

This June, the Heartfelt Legacy Foundation is hosting two seminars with national experts Michele Fuller and Kevin Urbatsch:

We’d love for you to attend or share with those who may benefit.

Or make a tax-deductible donation to the Heartfelt Legacy Foundation to support families through the foundation.

Thank you for your continued trust and support.

 Warm regards,
Stephen B. Yim, Monica Yempuku, and the Yim & Yempuku Law Office Team
